We pride ourselves on exceptional quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products let us know and we’ll make it right.

Price Beat Guarantee

If you find an identical product that Fresco makes we’ll beat it by 5% with proof of invoice. The product must be in-stock at Fresco and at a competitor and not be excluded below. The invoice must have been issued and paid within the last 4 weeks. 

Exclusions:

• Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword)
•  Special rebates
• Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)
• We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable wholesale quantities.

Menu Re-Printing

We will rebate you the cost of 1 x menu reprint each year up to $150 to include “Burleigh Heads Haloumi/Mozzarella/Fetta” on the menu.

To claim this rebate, please email info@frescocheese.com with the following:

• Proof of purchase of Fresco products within the last 2 weeks
• Invoice for cost of menu reprint
• Proof of menu artwork showcasing our brand name and/or logo

A credit will be applied to your account to the lesser value of:

• The cost of the menu printing;
• $150

Customers based on the Gold Coast are entitled to free delivery twice per week on orders over $100.
