Haloumi is a Cypriot style cheese traditionally made with goat and sheep milk. In Australia, it is typically made with cow’s milk. It has a moderate fat content, but is high in protein and calcium. It is also a fantastic source of zinc, magnesium, vitamin A, and B vitamins. This makes Haloumi a highly nutritious and wholesome food that is also incredibly delicious.
