Fetta and Tomato Scrambled Eggs

Serves: 4

30g butter
½ small onion, chopped
4 egg, beaten
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup Fresco Fetta cheese, drained and crumbled
salt and pepper

10 minutes prep time
5 minutes cook time

  1. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the onions until soft.
  2. Pour in eggs. Stir occasionally top scramble.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, Fresco Fetta cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook until cheese in melted
