Fetta and Garlic Dip


180g Fresco Fetta, drained and broken into pieces
250g Fresco Mascarpone
80g low fat yoghurt
2 gloves garlic, peeled
¼ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

5 minutes preparation time

  1. Combine the Fresco Fetta, Fresco Mascarpone, yoghurt and garlic in a food processor or blender. Pulse briefly until garlic is minced.
  2. Spoon into serving dish and season with pepper.
